These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website kameleonlabs.ai and the AI Agents platform provided by AscendLabs OU (hereinafter, "Kameleon Labs", "we", or "our"), a company incorporated in Estonia.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the AI Agents platform for enterprises offered by Kameleon Labs, including but not limited to:

  • The corporate website and all its information.
  • The SaaS platform for creating, configuring, and managing artificial intelligence agents.
  • Associated APIs and services.
  • Technical documentation and support materials.

Access to certain platform features may require a specific service agreement, the terms of which shall prevail over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Conditions of Use

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Not use the services for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.
  • Not attempt unauthorised access to the systems, networks, or data of Kameleon Labs or other users.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable legislation, including data protection regulations.

Kameleon Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who breaches these conditions, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and platform — including, without limitation, text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, source code, software, databases, and any other material — are the property of AscendLabs OU or its licensors, and are protected by Estonian, European, and international intellectual property laws.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of these contents without the prior express authorisation of Kameleon Labs is prohibited, except for the personal and non-commercial use of publicly accessible content.

Trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs are the property of Kameleon Labs. Their use without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kameleon Labs endeavours to maintain the availability and correct functioning of its services but does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
  • Kameleon Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
  • The total liability of Kameleon Labs to the user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Kameleon Labs shall not be liable for the results generated by artificial intelligence agents, which must be supervised by the user.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia and the law of the European Union. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to any rights that may apply to consumers under EU consumer protection regulations.

7. Modifications

Kameleon Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect from their publication on this page. The date of the last update will be reflected at the top of the document.

It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services following publication of modifications shall constitute acceptance of such changes. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
