Legal Validity

This document is signed electronically in compliance with the eIDAS Regulation (EU No 910/2014), ensuring its legal effect and enforceability within Estonia and the European Union.

Data Privacy
Personal data collected during the signing process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will only be used for the purposes of signing and storing this agreement.

Integrity and Authenticity
The electronic signature guarantees the integrity and authenticity of the document. Any modification after signing will invalidate the agreement.

Retention of Records
A copy of the signed document and a digital record of the transaction will be securely stored for compliance purposes.

Jurisdiction
This agreement and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of Estonia and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
